Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Elevate My Hotel collects, why we collect it — including data connected to Google Business Profile and local SEO management — and how it's used and protected.

Last updated: September 2026 · Effective date: 06 Sep 2026

Note for internal use: this policy is a starting draft covering the data practices typical of a hotel revenue management, local SEO and marketing business. Have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publishing, so it correctly reflects your actual data practices and complies with applicable law (e.g. India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and GDPR for any EU visitors).

1.Introduction

Elevate My Hotel (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides hotel revenue management, OTA management, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, reputation management and digital marketing services to independent hotels and resorts. This Privacy Policy applies to this website and to the services we provide, and describes how we collect, use, share and protect information.

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit information to us.

2.Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

a) Information you provide directly

  • Contact and audit request forms: your name, hotel/property name, email address, phone number, city, and any message or details you share.
  • Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
  • Client onboarding: property details, pricing, distribution, listing and reputation information needed to deliver our services.

b) Information collected automatically

  • Usage data such as pages visited, time on page, referring website, browser type and device type, collected via analytics tools.
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address, used for general analytics and local search relevance — not precise device-level location.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 5.

3.How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to enquiries, audit requests and support questions.
  • Deliver the services you or your property has engaged us for, including revenue management, OTA management, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, reputation management and digital marketing.
  • Send service updates, performance reports and, where you’ve opted in, our newsletter.
  • Improve this website, our services and our local search visibility recommendations.
  • Meet legal, accounting and compliance obligations.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4.Local SEO & Google Business Profile Data

As part of our local SEO and Google Business Profile management services, we may access, manage and analyse data connected to a client property’s Google Business Profile and local search presence, including:

  • Google Business Profile details such as business name, address, phone number, category, hours, photos, posts and Q&A content, managed on behalf of the client hotel that has engaged us.
  • Aggregate, non-identifying local search performance data — such as search impressions, “near me” visibility, direction requests and call clicks — reported via Google Business Profile insights and Google Search Console.
  • Publicly available review content on Google, OTAs and similar platforms, used to monitor and respond to reviews as part of reputation management.

This data belongs to, and is managed on behalf of, the client property. We do not use one client’s Google Business Profile or local search data to benefit another client, and access is limited to the team members working on that account.

NAP consistency note: as part of local SEO, we may update your business name, address and phone number across directories and platforms strictly to keep this information accurate and consistent — never to alter it beyond what reflects your actual, current business details.
